Storyboard Ideas

• A girl coming walking out of college with her group of friends (wide, pan, zoom shots)
• The girl gets home and picks up her bag as well as her dance shoes. (zoom in shots)

The above scenes are in black and white, however the shoes are the only thing in colour to emphasise them.

• The girl walks into her dance school (music blaring) shows she's walking into a different world(following shot) (colour begins to come back) 

Voice over begins to come in and says how life is at college and how life is at dancing

• The girl begins to dance, showing off her talent.(wide shot, zooms in to shoes)
• Moves away from her dancing and interviews the girl, she says how she got into dancing, why she dances and why she loves it.(medium close up shot, blur shot of people in the background)

During interview their is people dancing in the background

• Interview two other girls and ask the same questions.(medium close up shot)

Have a shot of all three girls working together and dancing

• Interview the dance school's head and ask how she got into dancing and what its like to run a dance school.(medium close up shot)
• Interview some of the teachers in a group and ask what it's like to teach people and see them develop into brilliant dancers.(wide shot) 
• Goes back to the main girl and she says how dancing has changed her life and how dancing makes her happy.(medium close up shot)

First dance competition footage of the main girl.

Last medal clip of the main girl.

She speaks about the main improvements and how she's developed

• Photo montage with music(zooming in and out of some photos, add effects)

Having a group interview of some of the girls talking about comps, show footage of them getting ready for one. (camera stays in the same place, the girls walk around as usual as if the camera is not there.

• Close up of the dance shoes going back into the bag.(close up shot, following shot)
• Goes back to the girl leaving the dance school and looking like a normal girl again.(following shot, ends with a black screen).
