Double Page Spread Analysis

These are a selection of double page spreads that will give us an idea of how to layout our double page spread. The examples are different, as they don’t have the same contrast in colours. The Eminem spread has chosen to have a dark background with white writing so that the image and words stand out a bit more. However the Nicki Minaj spread has gone for a coloured background making the page itself more appealing.  The other double page spreads have a white background with bold colours as the writing. Each one has an image on one side of the spread. The writing has been spread out on the other side of the page. The layout is different on each double page spread; I prefer the layout of the Eminem spread. The writing is kept in sections and I like how the dark background compliments the white writing.
